Who We Are

Jamie Sourcing

A China sourcing and supply chain partner with a project management mindset. We are not simply here to find suppliers. We aim to become a long-term sourcing and project management partner in China for entrepreneurs, emerging brands, and small and growing businesses.

We support our clients throughout the entire process: Supplier Sourcing → Factory Selection → Sampling → Price Negotiation → Order Management → Production Follow-up → Quality Control → Shipment We connect the entire process from sourcing to delivery.

My Background

After graduating in 2020, I joined Asteelflash as a Project Manager, coordinating customers, engineering teams, suppliers, and production across international consumer electronics projects, including WAYSTREAM (Sweden) and Good Hair Day (UK).

This experience gave me a strong foundation in project management and taught me that every detail matters, from the initial requirement to final delivery.

International Trade

Later, I moved into international trade and sales, working directly with overseas customers, suppliers, and Chinese manufacturers. This gave me hands-on experience in sourcing, supplier communication, quotations, negotiation, order follow-up, and export operations.

Since then, I have also worked on projects for clients across different markets, including: DUBARRY, Ireland LIVORA, Canada RUTSU, Israel PEES, Malaysia INK Engineering, Russia TYSON TALES, India BROGINI, UK Today, I bring these two areas of experience together.

Together
Project Management + International Trade + China Supply Chain --- What I care about even more is: What happens after the factory is found and how to make sure the project actually moves forward successfully.

The Problems We See

Finding Chinese suppliers is not difficult.

The real challenge is: Finding the right supplier and making the cooperation work smoothly. For entrepreneurs, emerging brands, and small businesses sourcing from China, several challenges come up again and again.

01

Finding the Right Supplier

There are thousands of suppliers on platforms such as Alibaba and Made-in-China. But it is often difficult to know: 1.Is this a real manufacturer or a trading company? 2.Can they actually manufacture your product? 3.Do they have relevant production experience?

02

4.What is their actual production capacity? 5.Can they maintain consistent quality? 6.Can they work with your required MOQ? The lowest price does not always mean the best value. What really matters is finding:A supplier that fits your product, order volume, and stage of business.

03

Communication Gaps

What You Say Is Not Always What the Factory Understands. The challenge in international sourcing is not always the language itself. More importantly: Are your product requirements being understood correctly? For example: Materials Dimensions Tolerances Surface Finishing Product Functions

04

Packaging Labels Quality Standards A small misunderstanding during communication can become a major problem once production begins. Our job is to turn: “What the customer wants” into: “What the factory needs to do.”

05

From Sample to Mass Production

This is a common challenge for emerging brands. A good sample does not always guarantee good mass production. Problems may include: Material substitution Process changes Cost-cutting Lower production standards Quality inconsistencies between batches Packaging changes

06

So our focus is not simply: “Getting you a good sample.” It is about: “Making sure mass production follows the standards agreed upon during sample approval.”

07

Order Management Takes Time

For entrepreneurs and small brands, one of the biggest hidden costs is: Time. You may find yourself constantly asking the factory: How is production going? When will the samples be ready? When can you ship? Is the packaging ready? Are there any quality issues?

08

None of these tasks are particularly complicated. But together, they can consume a significant amount of your time and energy. Our role is to: Manage these details for you, so you can focus on your product, customers, and business growth.

09

Quality Control

When you are not based in China, it is difficult to personally visit and monitor your suppliers. From: Sampling → Production → Inspection → Packaging → Shipment A problem at any stage can increase your final cost. It is particularly costly when issues are discovered only after goods arrive.

10

High rework costs High international shipping costs Difficult returns Long replacement lead times Potential damage to your brand reputation Therefore: Quality issues should be identified and resolved in China whenever possible — not after the goods have already arrived at your door.

11

Trade & Logistics

For first-time buyers sourcing from China, terms and processes such as these can be confusing: EXW FOB CIF DDP MOQ T/T HS Code Customs Freight Shipping Documents None of these concepts are particularly mysterious. But without sufficient experience, one small detail can lead to:

12

Unexpected costs, delays, or unnecessary risks. We help connect these moving parts and make the sourcing process clearer and easier to manage.

13

What We Actually Do

Our service is not simply about finding factories. It covers the entire sourcing process: 1.Supplier Sourcing: We identify suitable Chinese suppliers based on your product, market, order volume, and requirements.

14

2.Factory Selection & Verification: We evaluate supplier capabilities, relevant experience, scale, and overall suitability for your project. 3.Sampling & Product Development: We coordinate product requirements, sample revisions, communication, and approval between you and the factory.

15

4.Price & Commercial Negotiation: We help negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, packaging, and other commercial conditions. 5.Order & Production Management: We follow up on production schedules, delivery dates, order progress, and unexpected issues.

16

6.Quality Control: We coordinate quality checks before, during, and before completion of production. 7.Logistics & Export Coordination: We coordinate packaging, documentation, logistics, and shipment arrangements.

17

Who We Work With

We don't aim to work with everyone. We are best suited for: 1.Entrepreneurs You have a product idea, but don't have your own sourcing team in China. 2.Emerging Brands You are building a new brand and need reliable suppliers and manufacturing partners.

18

3.Small & Growing Businesses You don't need a full-time purchasing office in China yet, but you need someone experienced to help manage your supply chain. 4.Overseas Buyers You already source from China, but supplier communication, production follow-up, quality control are taking too much time.

19

Our Values

1.Honesty We don't promise that we can do everything. If a supplier isn't suitable, we'll tell you. If we see a risk in a project, we'll tell you. And if we don't know the answer, we'll tell you that too. Facts matter more than attractive promises.

20

2. Professionalism We don't just look for suppliers who can provide a quotation. We look for suppliers who are: Responsive, professional, reliable, and genuinely suitable for the project. Less unnecessary communication. Less back-and-forth. Less unnecessary work.

21

3.Respect for Time Your time matters. So does ours. We believe in: Clear communication, transparent information, timely problem-solving, and steady progress.

22

4.Long-Term Relationships We don't want to simply help you complete one order. We hope to build something longer-term: As your brand grows, our partnership grows with it. From the first sample, to the first order, and eventually to a long-term supply chain partnership.
