Looking for Cosmetic Glass Packaging in China?
A practical guide to sourcing cosmetic glass packaging from China, covering bottle selection, leakage, closures, customization, samples, and quality checks before bulk production.

Finding the right packaging isn’t just about choosing a bottle that looks good.
A beautiful bottle doesn’t necessarily mean it’s right for your product.
For skincare, serums, essential oils, and other beauty products, there are a few practical things to consider: Is the size right? Will the pump or dropper work well? Will it leak after filling? Does the MOQ work for your order? How can the logo and packaging be customized?
There are many cosmetic packaging suppliers in China. Even for the same type of bottle, materials, prices, pumps, and MOQs can vary from one supplier to another.
The difficult part isn’t finding a bottle. It’s choosing the right one from many options that look almost the same.
At Jamie Sourcing, we help you find and compare suppliers, arrange samples, confirm customization details, and follow up on production and quality inspection.
What Cosmetic Glass Packaging Can We Source?
We can help source:
- Glass dropper bottles
- Essential oil bottles
- Serum bottles
- Spray bottles
- Lotion bottles
- Toner bottles
- Glass cream jars
- Roller bottles
- Cosmetic packaging sets
Common sizes include 5ml, 10ml, 15ml, 30ml, 50ml, 100ml and above, depending on the bottle design.
For custom branding, options such as logos, labels, bottle colors, frosting, pumps, droppers, and outer packaging can be discussed based on your quantity and the supplier’s requirements.
When Choosing a Bottle, We Usually Start With a Few Questions
1. Will It Leak During Shipping?
This is something you don’t want to discover after the bulk order is finished.
Some bottles look perfectly fine when you first receive them, but problems may only appear after filling, storage, or transportation.
And it isn’t always the glass bottle itself. The cap, liner, pump, dropper, and the way they fit the bottle can all affect the seal.
Before moving to bulk production, we can check with the supplier about sealing and leakage tests. If needed, samples can be arranged so you can test them with your actual product.
It’s much better to find a problem early than after thousands of bottles have already been produced.
2. Is the Pump, Dropper, or Cap Right for Your Product?
The same glass bottle can often work with several different dispensing options.
A serum might work with a dropper or a pump. A thicker lotion may need a different type of pump. Essential oils and toners have their own requirements as well.
So we don’t just look at the bottle. We also look at the:
Dropper · Pump · Sprayer · Screw Cap · Safety Cap · Roller Ball
If several options seem suitable, we can arrange samples and try them before making the final decision.
Better to test than guess.
3. What Will the Logo, Label, and Printing Actually Look Like?
A nice mockup doesn’t always mean the finished product will look the same.
Bottle color, frosting, logo printing, label material, and even how well the label sits on the bottle are better checked on a real sample.
If the packaging may come into contact with moisture, oils, or the product itself, it’s also worth checking how well the label, adhesive, and printing hold up.
Whenever possible, it’s better to evaluate everything together:
Bottle + Pump/Cap + Label/Printing + Actual Product
rather than approving each part separately.
4. Have You Actually Seen and Tested the Sample Before Bulk Production?
This is one step we take seriously.
Supplier photos are useful for narrowing down the options, but before making the final decision, it’s better to see the actual product.
Once you receive the samples, you can check the glass quality, color, finish, cap fit, and overall appearance. You can also try the pump or dropper yourself and see how the logo and label look on the finished packaging.
If you’re comparing several suppliers, we can organize the different options and make them easier to compare.
Once the final sample and specifications are approved, keep them as a reference for bulk production and quality inspection.
Finding a Bottle Is Easy. Choosing the Right One Takes More Work.
The real work is finding packaging that fits your product, order quantity, and budget.
Tell us what you’re packaging, what kind of look you have in mind, and roughly how many pieces you need.
And if you don’t know exactly which bottle you need yet, that’s fine too.
We can help you search, compare, sample, and narrow down the options from suppliers in China — one step at a time.
